GardaWorld “puts its sights” on the British giant G4S: the company is ready to make an offer. For Alphie, a sector full of opportunities.

GardaWorld targets the United Kingdom and is preparing to make an offer for its rival G4S. If the negotiation goes through it would create a global security giant with a turnover of around 9 billion pounds a year. According to MarketWatch the sector, which in 2017 had a value of 222.52 billion dollars, is destined to grow at a rate of 10.73% until 2023. The Canadian company GardaWorld has a turnover of 1.7 billion pounds and employs 63,000 people.
